All you need to do is edit this descrption to fit your department. You can copy and paste from Word if it is easier to do so. The table below named "Department Function Options" can be edited to include more rows or columns or to remove rows and columns as needed. The entire table can be deleted as well.

The photo above is a place holder photo that represents the director/supervisor/specialists or whatever for this department. If no photo is available, please arrange with the Public Affairs office to have one made of the indivdiual. The photo needs to be only 70-100 pixels wide for this use.

If you want a photo in the story, simply replace the Department Descirption photo place holder at the  right. This photo can be any size, but keeping it small is helpful. The entire width of this description  is only about 500 pixels if you are displaying a calendar. Without the calendar, it is 740 pixels or so.
